After
graduating from Franklin University with a degree in Business
Mangement, Ronald took a unique career path--as a touring actor.
Performing in several plays and acting as client liason for
Flow Theater, he traveled 120 days a year from Alaska to the
Virgin Islands. It was during his travels that he learned the
"ins and outs" of business travel and importance of customer
service, logistics, and event planning. Ironically, it was
during the off-seasons--when actors pick up "odd jobs"--where
Ronald found the "seeds" of Concierge on Demand: as a front desk
attendant.
"After leaving
Flow Theater for a few years, I returned as Sales Director. I
was brought back to bring quality and sales numbers back up, due to
the recession. To 'keep the lights on' during the rebuilding
years, I started working part time for a major hotel chain, near
Port Columbus Airport. I found that I empathized with many
business travelers and soon became their 'go-to guy' for
information on restaurants, entertainment, transportation and
so on. Years of meeting and serving thousands of people
had paid off through various personal and business
relationships---I had unknowingly developed a network of business
owners and facilitators both locally and nationally. After
several offers from some of my frequent guests, I decided to leave
the hotel industry and use the blessings God gave me to follow my
own path."
Concierge on
Demand’s daily mission is to make life easier for clients one task
at a time. Ronald oversees all company operations and is committed
to providing superior client service.
